dzisiaj przygotowałam dla Was skromny retro-projekt z niewielką, jak na mnie, ilością dodatków i warstw. Bardzo chciałam pokazać Wam, jak piękne są nowe pasty Finnabair - Icing Pastes. Są świetne w zestawieniu z maskami, wzory wychodzą dokładne i "ostre", pasty nie wypływają pod maski, są idealnie gęste. Świetnie się ze sobą mieszają, tworząc miękkie przejścia. I mają przepiękne kolory, ja użyłam tutaj Vintage Gold oraz Red Amber.
Welcome,
today I have prepared for you a modest retro-art with a small number of additions and layers. I wanted to show you how beautiful Finnabair new Icing pastes are. They are great in combination with stencils, the patterns come out accurate and "sharp", the pastes do not flow under the stencil, they are perfectly thick, mix great with each other, creating soft transitions. And they have beautiful colors, I used Vintage Gold and Red Amber here.
W tym projekcie połączyłam pozornie niepasujące do siebie elementy - metalowe, industrialne odlewy oraz naturalne rośliny - ususzone liście i kwiaty z mojego ogrodu. Potraktowanie wszystkich tych ozdób woskiem oraz ochlapanie całości białym, akrylowym tuszem sprawiło, że stworzyły całość.
In this project, I combined seemingly incompatible elements - metal, industrial casts, and natural plants - dried leaves and flowers from my garden. Treating all these decorations with wax and splashing with white acrylic ink made them complete.
Wykorzystałam tutaj również duży odlew z żywicy, który jest "podstawą" pod zdjęcie. Ponieważ był on za gładki i zbyt idealny do tego projektu, pokryłam go białym gesso, nierówno i niedokładnie, aby bardziej pasował do całości. Dopiero później dodałam trochę wosków i akwareli dla koloru.
I also used here a large piece from resin, which is the "basis" for the photo. Because it was too smooth and too perfect for this project, I covered it with a white gesso, uneven and inaccurate to fit better. Then I added some waxes and watercolors for the color.
