Tick tock… - mixed media clock with Art Alchemy Waxes

Hello,

I'm in love with this 3D clocks from EgoCraft and decided to make another one - this time a big one.
Few days ago I showed you a small & rusty --> click!

I used a lot of Finnabair products to achieve this look - mainly Art Alchemy Paints and of course - waxes! I remind you that this clock is made of cardboard, but thanks to paints and waxes we have the end result like this :)

It was really difficult to take a pictures, but here are the best ones.

today very simple project, contrary to appearances ;) 

I found this amazing chipboard clock in EgoCraft and had to make something immediately! And I love it! :)

This is "before" photo:

And this is after several layers of Patina & Rust effect paste from Finnabair. For the final touch I used Art Alchemy waxes.

This Patina effect paste and Rust effect paste set you can find now at Michaels stores! :)

And besides, there are also some selected Finnabair products.

A Box full of Dreams

Hello!

Today I want to show you another "off the page" project. 

This is a small cardboard box, and I called it "A Box full of Dreams". I placed a tiny glass bottles inside, with some important words. 

I painted the exterior walls with ColourArte Silks, and added a paper clay ornaments from the Prima molds. Obviously I couldn't miss Finnabair waxes, which gave a beautiful metallic effect.

And this amazing box made especially for me a polish chipboard manufacture - iKropka.

Cały zespół miał za zadanie zalterować… buty :)

U mnie zaczęło się od tego:

Krok 1 - zagruntowałam buty przy użyciu gesso. Dzięki temu farby będą się lepiej trzymały powierzchni.

Step 1 - paint shoes with gesso (paints will stick better)

Krok 2 - za pomocą gel medium przykleiłam gazę oraz różnej wielkości szklane mikrokulki

Step 2 - glue gauze and microspheres with gel medium

Krok 3 - gdy wszystko bardzo dobrze wyschnie, pokrywamy całość gesso, a następnie malujemy ulubionymi kolorami farbek Silks i przyklejamy wybrane dodatki

Step 3 - when everything is totally dry - paint with gesso and your favorite Silks colors, and add chosen adornments
